Non-urgent Cardiology Consultation

Horizons Cardiopulmonary Diagnostics provides routine cardiology consultation for patients with a variety of cardiac concerns. Referrals can be sent directly to our clinic by fax (306) 518 9080 or through the central referral system, based on provider preference.

Our cardiologists assess common cardiac issues such as chest pain, palpitations, dyspnea, murmurs, and abnormal ECGs. We also offer on-site testing, including echocardiography, ECGs, and stress testing.

In partnership with https://uptownmedicalspecialists.ca patients also have access (in 2026) to internal medicine specialists who manage hypertension, diabetes, and obesity, supporting overall cardiovascular risk reduction.
