About Horizons Cardiopulmonary Diagnostics
Horizons Cardiopulmonary Diagnostics brings cardiology, internal medicine and diabetes care together in one Saskatoon location. By coordinating specialists and on-site diagnostic testing under one roof, we shorten the path from referral to diagnosis to treatment. Our cardiologists are faculty in the College of Medicine, University of Saskatchewan.
