Echocardiogram Technician
About the role
You will perform diagnostic echocardiograms for our cardiology group, working directly with the cardiologists who read your studies. Most days are outpatient scans in the clinic, with a mix of routine follow-up imaging and studies ordered for new consultations.
What you will do
Perform complete transthoracic echocardiograms, including 2D, M-mode, spectral and colour Doppler studies.
Take measurements and prepare preliminary technical reports for the reading cardiologist.
Explain the procedure to patients and position them for the best possible images.
Recognise and flag urgent findings to the cardiologist immediately.
Maintain equipment, keep accurate study records, and follow infection control protocols.
Requirements
- Graduate of an accredited diagnostic cardiac sonography program.
- CRGS (Sonography Canada) or RDCS (ARDMS) credential, or eligibility to write.
- Eligible to work in Canada and to register in Saskatchewan.
- Current CPR certification.
- Availability for part-time evening and weekend shifts.

心脏超声技师
岗位简介
您将为我们的心脏专科团队进行诊断性心脏超声检查，并与负责判读检查结果的心脏专科医生直接合作。日常工作以门诊检查为主，包括常规随访影像检查以及为新会诊患者开具的检查。
工作内容
完成全面的经胸心脏超声检查，包括二维、M 型、频谱及彩色多普勒检查。
进行测量并为判读医生准备初步技术报告。
向患者说明检查流程，并协助其摆位以获得最佳图像。
识别紧急异常结果并立即报告心脏专科医生。
维护设备、准确记录检查资料，并遵守感染控制规程。
任职要求
- 毕业于经认可的心脏超声诊断专业。
- 持有 CRGS（Sonography Canada）或 RDCS（ARDMS）资格证书，或具备考试资格。
- 具有在加拿大工作及在萨斯喀彻温省注册的资格。
- 持有有效的心肺复苏（CPR）证书。
- 可接受兼职的晚间及周末班次。
